Thank you, hawkowl. This was shot at a tree farm outside of Boardman, Oregon. For this final image, I stitched together seven shots taken in portrait orientation.

Just 10 feet behind me this mother chose to teach her baby that water from a puddle in the parking lot was drinkable, at least this is what others have suggest was taking place in this photo. To see a baby squirrel laying on its back being cared for by its mother is a ONCE IN A LIFE TIME capture.

Thank you, Terence2 - for Your much appreciated "Like" to my Picture!
Best regards,
Walter
P.S.: Also thanks to Kammillard, whom I clearly have forgotten to thank! Sorry for the oversight.

Thank you, ulysses / Herbert, for Your kind words!
I wil not DESERT you all, I will just be less active her than before. Not because Nikon is inferior to Fuji - quite the opposite. If I need solid Pictures (to sell) I still use my D5300 and plan to get a New D5500 as a 2nd camera, but for private activities, ad hoc, and holydays I grab my small and LIGHT Fuji-bag, every time!
Best regards from Norway,
Walter
P.S.: I see you are from Austria. I am Norwegian since 40 years, but I was born and raised in Imst / Tirol, until I was 17 years of age, and was Austrian myself (hence, the name: Walter Schöffthaler).
