Nice idea but spoilt by the bright top left hand corner and the hand looks a little blown.
Your eye is naturally drawn to the brightest part of any image hence keep highlights away from the edge of you images.
I would definitely do a re-shoot if possible though and try the pose again with her hand just covering her left breast.
The expression leads me to the impression of someone vulnerable and the raising of her right arm up to her breast would enhance that in the image IMO

Thanks Jean & Mcliu. It took a 1 hour taxi ride, a 35 min boat ride, and a 35 min horse back ride up the volcano for this shot. It was well worth it. This is one of my favorite shots so far.
